My Chocolate sister

Specially for my sister (A chocolate lover of sorts), whom I am missing a whole bunch and more today! This was the chocolate cake I made for you the last time you came to visit, Wish I could make it for you today. Love u Babelicious. 

HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE CAKE: 

What you are going to need:
1 Cup cake flour
1 Cup sugar 
1 Quarter teaspoon Salt 
4 Eggs 
2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 Quarter cup Nestle Cocoa 
Half a cup of Boiling Water 
Half a cup of Oil 
1 Tin ideal milk
200g Whole nut Cadbury milk chocolate
Quarter cup of Milk 

Preheat oven to 180ᵒC
For the Cake Batter
Mix all ingredients together, then add 4 egg yolks. Beat the 4 left over egg white till they are beaten and fluffy.

Spray some Spray and Cook in Oven dish, and bake on 180 for 45 Minutes. 

For the topping of the cake
Bring your tin of Ideal milk on the stove and heat until gently boiling, add half a cup of Sugar. Now poke holes in your cake batter once it is done in the oven and pour the boiled Ideal milk and Sugar mixture over the cake. Melt a 200g whole nut cadbury Chocolate slab with a quarter cup of milk in the microwave on high for 1 minute, stir. And gently pour over cake. Leave for cooling. 30 Minutes.
