For the love of tuna!

Baked Potato with Tuna filling:

What you are going to need:
Two medium Potatoes
1 small tin of Tuna
Table Spoon of Mayonnaise
Pinch of Salt
1 large Egg
Teaspoon of black pepper
Herbs and spice of your choice

Method:

Preheat oven to  180ᵒC  
Boil your two potatoes on the stove with a lid on high for 45 minutes.
While those are busy boiling, get a mixing bowl, add your Tuna (drained)
Add your table spoon of Mayonnaise, your teaspoon of black pepper, your salt and  herbs (my Favorite Thyme, of course!), and add the one large egg.
When the potatoes are done, take them and cut them in half, scoop out a little from the centre of each one and add the filling concoction you have made. And bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
And Viola!
Guess what I am having for dinner tonight. Tastiness.
