I cant resist, iv been on the scale every day this week, and I move a few grams here and there but in total so far I have lost 3.3kgs, YAY me! There are still lots more to come off, Lots, but I really cant help but get excited for every inch and kg that fall off.
Yesterday I had a lovely little work out at 6am, I still have to beat myself up in the morning to get out of bed, but I was never an early bird by any means, and iv always hated that saying, the early bird catches the worm.. hello, that worm was early too and look what happened to him. But I am gradually getting there. Very gradual. Then after that I thought id do some arm toning, so I cleared the room (made sure I was completely alone incase I looked like a total moron while doing it, lol), put on Mocksville girls and oh-my-word, it was awesome....ly painful, I managed to get through the 4 minute toning work out but after that, my jelly arms felt great, not alive, just great. Hahah.

I once heard a saying from somewhere, Losing weight makes you look good in clothes, but exercising makes you look good naked. Not to mention, it boosts your self confidence, I already feel more confident, cant wait till I am 6 months in, how I am going to feel then.
PS: I had my delicious baked potato yesterday evening for dinner, but replaced the tuna with Pink Salmon, Mmm Mmm Mmm, Deliciousness! My husband wasn't too fond of it, but then again, he is a real meat guy. But try it, I don't think you will be disappointed, but be warned, it does "Taste Healthy".
