Movie Night!!

                              Tomorrow is FRIDAY! 


My gorgeous hubby that keeps me busy in the evenings will be occupying his time elsewhere tomorrow night (score keeping), so I decided I am going to have a chick flick Friday, I am going to buy me some yummy (weigh-less) popcorn!

And watch a (not so very) chick flick by the name of The Big Year (Which seems to be inspiring).

Today I caught myself thinking about yummy macadamia nuts, they are my absolute Favorite!

I was thinking about getting some for my movie night, but I am already going to have some popcorn. And I read that 12 Macadamia nuts count as one serving. They are high in mono saturated fats, and although this is the good kind of fat, too much of a good thing is bad. So my menu for tomorrow will look like this:

Shape Shake and Berocca
Split Pea and Kidney bean soup
Popcorn
Health Bread and Boiled egg

Enjoy what is left of this Thursday afternoon, remember, today you are the oldest you have ever been in your life, yet the youngest you will ever stay, so enjoy this day while the sun is still shining!
