
I wanted to share my breakfast staple, I never use to eat breakfast and I have tried the muselie and cornflakes but as delicious as cornflakes are, I never feel like eating them in the morning, and if I do, its forced. And if I eat carbs I go totally overboard, me and carbs are the best of friends, I am trying hard to break that bond.

So I need something light that is going to keep me going until lunch time, and I decided to buy the chocolate Shape Shake, which happens to be working great for me, I have to be honest, I don't use the quantities recommended, 3 heaped teaspoons and a cow full of milk? I use a small glass and one level teaspoon of shake and just over a half glass of milk. Yum. Did I mention its chocolate? Yes, Chocolate!
I also take this "multivitamin" everyday (Except Saturdays and Sundays because I forget)
Berocca is awesome for me, especially since I always feel sleepy round 5 o clock, this gives me the energy to just go! Its a little effervescent tablet that goes in (My first glass of water for the day).
So there you have it. Breakfast :)
