
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of rice
1 quarter of an onion chopped up finely
1 large egg
Fresh parsley
Fresh Spring onion
Dash of pepper
2 teaspoons of Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
Boil your rice in a pot until done.
Lightly coat your pan in oil (A Teaspoon of Oil), add your onions and fry till golden brown, now add your cooked rice in the pan, add your egg and mix through, adding your salt, pepper, fresh parsley, Soy Sauce.
Cook Through. Sprinkle Spring onion and some feta cheese if you may have some and Enjoy!
